X-Chair v1.1 Large prototype

Got a little more done on the x-chair pro-type.

I cut the legs to 32″ and the seat slats to 16″

Made a makeshift Drill Jig (to make sure all the holes are drilled in the same spot.)

Drilled the legs and seat with a 5/16th drill bit (roughly half the thickness of the legs

doweled the legs and seat slats into place to see if I got it right. Looks about right.

Next time…

Figuring out what angle to cut the seat slats so that they will all rest next to each other.

Making feet and arm rests.
