Not really a very good update, but I just had to share the photo’s of the pretty wood.

I have ripped all my reddish wood to 3/4″. The pieces are a little bowed still so I will be needing to make a jig to rip the edges down straight. I could have done it before on the full runner, but some of the pieces are already not so wide, and ripping the full length of the board would make parts of it unusable. By cutting the board to the lengths I will need, I can minimize the amount of loss. I have to go shopping for a could of smallish parts for the jig. Tools shopping.. My life is hard.

Pretty Pretty wood…. and one board was full of spalting.  Happy Happy Joy Joy

PS. Terror of Tiny Town is on TCM. A Western entirely cast with little people…. Awesome.
