Bedouin Tent v1.3 Too High to Be Low

The tent was debued at SYGC this weekend. I forgot to cut the center poles done to size.  Instead of 6’6″ center, It had  whopping 8′ center poles. Made it look more like a roman wall tent than bedouin,

Today I took a moment to cut down the poles, and it made it have a much nicer look. It also got rid off some of the bag at the very front of the tent. With the lower poles, the tent is huge. Just have to make a couple wall panels and stitch a few ties. Iaso want to make a slooping center beam . Right now I just have a longish peice of 1×3  with the center poles under it  a fair bit from the beams edges. I see some steam bending in my future.
