A couple of weekends ago at the Tir Righ Fall Tourney, Misress Agnes Cresewyke arranged to have a last minute A&S display. We had 7 people drop off items ranging from bone carved earspoons to Japanese tamari balls. Much discussion was had, and I would call it a success.

Mistress Agnes, Uilliam mac Fearchar mhic Gille Aindrias, and Constance de Montbard hanging out at the display. I forgot to take a photo of my entry. Agnes is sitting on my triangle back stool, and the german folding stool is on the table.

Constance displayed her work on making original art punchs based closely on existing examples. Some wonderful gloves, and buckles were also displayed.

Halima al-Rakkasa displayed some on going cardweaving. Based on an exsiting pattern, with just a color change difference.

I adore wooden tablets… Particle wooden things just are so…awesome.

Halima also displayed some sprang woven bags.

Lady Argolia dispalyed bone and horn carving, and some very nice belt castings

The strangest entry was also entered by Lady Argolia.. A Bone carved Ear Spoon. No one seemed to want to pick it up…

Maeda no Kiku Mariko showed off her Temari balls, shuttle cock paddles, and her Orgami Skills.

Morweena of House Desdecardo displayed her leather pouch with tablet woven trim dyed with Madder and acorns. Mistress Agnes entered her St. Brigette’s coif, and a work in progress pouch based on an existing period example.

Not a bad display considering it was a last minute activity.

Yaaa for the artisans!
